- Ahi Tuna (8oz, very finely chopped)
- Scallions (1 oz, finely chopped)
- Ginger (1 oz, grated)
- Jalapeno (½, finely diced)
- Sesame oil (2 tsp)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Wasabi powder (2 tsp)
- Salt (2 tsp)
- Sesame seeds (1 oz)
- Lime (juice of 1)
- Honey (1 tsp)
Place tuna in a bowl with all other ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
Form mixture into a circular shape.
Add Musashi Spicy Mayo on top.
Eat with any kind of chips or crackers.
