  • Portobello Mushrooms (2 pieces)
  • Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (1 tsp)
  • Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Sesame Seeds (2 tsp)
  • Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp)
  • Avocado (1)
  • Red Onions (1 small)
  • Cilantro (handful)


Add soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, garlic, and sesame seeds to a bowl and mix together

Pour the mixture on to the Portobello mushrooms and let sit for 510 minutes

Grill mushrooms on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side, or to desired readiness

Add mushroom, sliced avocado, sliced red onion, and cilantro to toasted bun

Add Musashi Spicy Mayo to burger
