Crispy Green Sriracha Wings

Crispy Green Sriracha Wings 4.9 43

  • Chicken Wings (20)
  • Midori Sriracha (6 oz)
  • Stick of butter (1/3)
  • Lime (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

1. Wing Sauce:

Slowly melt butter in a saucepan on low-medium heat

Once butter is melted, slowly add Musashi Midori Green Sriracha to the pan

Stir the butter and sriracha mixture slowly until fully combined (roughly 3-4 mins)

2. Wings:

Set fryer to 225-250 degrees (a wok or cast iron pot can also be used if fryer is not available)

Pat down the wings with a paper towel to remove any moisture

Add salt to the wings

Fry wings at 250 degrees for 20 minutes, until lightly browned

Remove wings from fryer and let cool for 30 minutes

Set fryer to 375-400 degrees

Once the wings have cooled down, re-fry them at 375 degrees for an additional 10 minutes (after 10 minutes, wings should be very crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside)

Remove wings from fryer and pour the Sriracha Wing Sauce over it, spread until wings are coated

Squeeze fresh lime over the wings and enjoy!
