  • Chicken breast (1 lb, cut into large pieces)
  • Salt (2 tsp)
  • Black pepper (1 tsp)
  • Ginger powder (2 tsp)
  • Crushed red pepper (2 tsp)
  • Honey (1 tsp)
  • Soy sauce (2 tsp)
  • Red Cabbage 2 oz, chopped)
  • Carrots (1, thinly sliced)
  • Cucumber (1, thinly sliced)
  • Rice vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • Cilantro (1 handful, chopped)
  • Baguette


Add chicken, salt, black pepper, ginger powder, crushed red pepper, honey, and soy sauce to a bowl and mix thoroughly until chicken is fully coated in the mixture

Grill on medium heat for 6 minutes on each side, or until each side becomes brownish-black

Add red cabbage, carrots, cucumber, salt and rice vinegar to a bowl; mix together and let mixture sit in the vinegar for at least 20 minutes

Place the cooked chicken into the baguette

Add the cabbage-carrot-cucumber mixture on top

Add cilantro

Add Musashi Spicy Mayo to sandwich
